Refund policy

We make our jams in small batches with fresh, seasonal fruit - which means every jar is unique. If something arrives broken, spoiled, or not what you ordered, let us know within 3 days of delivery. We’ll happily replace it or issue a refund within 7-10 business days.

Since our jams are food products, we can’t accept returns once opened. But if you ever feel something’s not right, reach out - we’ll make it right.
